I am entering my second year as a teacher in the Ninth Grade Academy at McGavock High School. I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and earned a degree in Secondary Education-Integrated Social Studies at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. As a high school and collegiate athlete I learned first hand the positives of being involved and have taken the opportunity to become a football and wrestling coach at the high school. As a World Geography teacher I am particularly excited about watching the students express their opinions and what they have learned about core content, current events, and cultures around the world and in the community through several means.
